The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA ("Company") informs that on 4 December 2018, the Court of Appeal in Szczecin, I Civil Department, issued a sentence in the case brought by Mostostal Warszawa SA against Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów sp. o.o. in Szczecin ("ZUO"), reference number I Aga 175/18 (District Court VIII GC 57/17) (the company informed earlier on the verdict of the District Court in the current report 20/2018), under which it awarded PLN 23,77 million from ZUO to the Company, together with statutory interest for delay, calculated from PLN 33.31 million from 13 February 2017 to the date of payment and from PLN 460 thousand from 14 March 2017 until the date of payment.

The dispute concerned the return to the Company of amounts from the unjustified performance guarantee of the contract No. ZUO / 5/2012 for the construction of the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant for the Szczecin Metropolitan Area (the "Agreement"), on which the Company resigned on 14 June 2016 (current report No. 20/2016).
