Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the "Company"), with reference to the current report 56/2019, informs that on 20 November 2019, following the conclusion of the WSE session, the Company was notified by RAFAKO S.A. consortium leader (99.99% share in the consortium), in which the Company is a partner (0.01% share in the consortium), that arrangements with Nowe Jaworzno Grupa TAURON Sp. z o.o. are still being conducted in good faith. concerning the amendment of the provisions of the agreement of 17 April 2014 for the construction of a 910 MW supercritical power unit in Jaworzno III Power Plant - Power Plant II - with the scope covering:  steam boiler, turbine set, main building, electrical instalation, control and measurement equipment units ("Agreement") and that, as at the date of publication of this current report, the Consortium does not identify risks associated with reaching an agreement and conlusion of annex to the Agreement.

The Company shall inform about the conclusion of an annex to the Agreement in a separate current report.
