Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company"), with reference to the current report 56/2019, 60/2019 and 64/2019, informs that 31 January 2020 the Company obtained the following information concerning the agreement for the construction of a 910 MW power unit ("Unit") for supercritical parameters at Jaworzno III Power Plant - Power Plant II - with respect to the steam boiler, turbine set, main building, electrical part and Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation part of the unit ("Agreement"):

1) Rafako S.A. ("Rafako"), consortium leader (99.99% stake in the consortium) to which the Company is a partner (0.01% stake in the consortium) ("Consortium"), has informed Nowe Jaworzno Grupa Tauron Sp. z o.o. ("Principal") of the fact that the works related to the execution of the Agreement, whose completion was planned for 31 January 2020, will be extended until 4 February 2020;

2) In opinion of Rafako, which is the Consortium leader, the postponement of the deadline for the execution of the Agreement resulted from objective reasons for which, in the Rafako's opinion it is the subsidiary responsible for the execution of the Agreement (E003B7 Sp. z o.o.), and Rafako is not responsible;

3) The Employer, taking into account the technical tests and trial runs of the subject Agreement, assesses that the Block should be put into operation by 15 February 2020.

The Company will inform on any material circumstances related to the performance of the Agreement.
