The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA ("Company") informs that on 8 November 2018, the Appeal Court in Warsaw issued a judgment changing the verdict of the First Instance Court as follows: (i) it upheld the judgment in the amount awarding consortium in which the Company participated PLN 1.06 million with interest from the State Treasury - the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Poland, and (ii) dismissed the claim in the amount of PLN 6.14 million with interest.

The plaintiff is entitled to a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court against the judgment of the Court. After received a written justification of the judgment and its analysis, the Company will take a decision regarding the submission of a cassation appeal against the Appeal Court verdict.
