The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 October the Company as a consortium partner (0.01% share in the consortium), whose leader is RAFAKO SA ("RAFAKO" - 99.99% share in the consortium) with its registered office in Racibórz was notified by RAFAKO on the conclusion of the arrangements between the consortium and Nowe Jaworzno Grupa TAURON Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Jaworzno regarding the amendment to the  Agreement dated 17 April 2014 for the construction of a 910 MW power block with supercritical parameters at Jaworzno III Power Plant - Power Plant II – with the scope covering steam boiler, turbine, main building, electrical parts and Control and Measurement Apparatus and Automation block ("Agreement") (Current report 14/2014).

As a result of negotiations, it was agreed that additional tasks would be carried out under the Agreement, including additional catalyst layer and additive dosing installation for flue gas desulphurization installations in order to to reduce mercury emissions and the fuel field will be increased to allow combustion of wider coal range.

The parties agreed that the net value of the Agreement will be increased by PLN 52.31 million, and the deadline for signing the PAC for the Block for Operations will be at the latest within 69 months and 15 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not later than by 31.01.2020. Changes to the Agreement covered by negotiations require prior relevant approvals. The Company will provide information about the conclusion of an annex to the Agreement in a separate current report.
