The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 24 October 2018 was notified by the Urząd Miasta Stołecznego Warszawa - Dzielnica Wilanów (Warsaw City Council – Wilanów District) on the selection of Company as the best offer of the in the proceedings under the name "Implementation of design and construction of the Primary School building in the Wilanów District of the Warsaw with auxiliary infrastructure" – proceeding no. 35 / WIR / 2018.

The offer submitted by the Company includes:

Contract value: PLN 59.09 million gross.

Implementation date: until 31/08/2020.

The warranty period is 84 months (pledge 60 months).

Due performance security: 10% of the contract value.

Legal basis:

Article 17 para. 1 of MAR Regulation.
