The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 15 October 2019, the Company received relevant set of documents to the Annex No. 4 concluded on 8 October2019 ("Annex") to the general agreement granting insurance guarantees dated  18 August 2017, with UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna (Current report 45/2017).

The subject of the annex is the limit extension in the maximum amount of PLN 10 million granted to the Company from 8 October 2019 to 7 October 2020.
