The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that yesterday – 18 October 2018 at the District Court in Warsaw, XVI Commercial Division court settlement was reached between the Consortium, consisting of the Company and another entity, with Mazowsze Port Lotniczy Warszawa - Modlin Sp. z o.o. as part of court proceedings over the agreement for "Execution of the Construction of the Passenger terminal building at the Warsaw - Modlin airport", about which the company informed in the current report no. 70/2015.

On the basis of the settlement in question, the Consortium, consisting of the Company and another entity undertook a decision to pay to Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa - Modlin sp. z o.o. PLN 500 thou.

Thus, the District Court in Warsaw, XVI Commercial Department, on 18 October 2018 issued a decision to discontinue the proceedings in question.
