Report No. 53_Conclusion of an Annex No. 2 to the Contract on Reconstruction and Extension of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Otwock - Task I

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 15 October 29, 2018, the Company, acting as part of a Consortium composed of Mostostal Warszawa SA ("Leader", 99% of shares in the Consortium) and Firma Handlowo – Usługowa "EFER" ("Partner", 1% shares in the Consortium) concluded with Otwock Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o. o. an annex to the contract for construction works under the "Reconstruction and extension of the wastewater treatment plant in Otwock - task I" (Information on the contract was disclosed in current report No. 37/2017 and on Annex No. 1 in current report No. 31/2018).
On the basis of the above annex the new dates have been set:
• Completion of construction works until 31.01.2019.
• Completion of works with the technical start-up and notification on completion of works for the whole object of the order until 14.02.2019.
• Final acceptance for use following acquisition of required permits by 31.03.2019.
The remuneration for the performance of the contract was increased to amount of PLN 21.57 million gross.
