Report No. 52_Conclusion of an Annex Regarding the Date of Completion of Construction of Power Units Nos. 5 and 6 at the Opole Power Plant
In connection with the current report No. 13/2018 from 22 February 2018, the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") informs that on 10 October 2018, the consortium including the Company and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and Rafako S.A ("Consortium") concluded with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. ("the Employer") Annex No. 9 ("annex") to the agreement of 15 February 2012 (current report 5/2012) regarding implementation of two power units nos. 5 and 6 at PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna SA. Opole Power Station Branch realized by the Consortium and GE Power Sp. z o. o, which is a general designer and acts as the leader of a consortium managing the implementation of the Project.
On the basis of the annex, the Consortium’s transfer dates of the operation changed for unit No. 5, to not later than 15 June 2019 and for block No. 6 to not later than 30 September 2019.
In addition, the parties agreed on technical issues related to the implementation of power units.
The Ordering Party has confirmed the remuneration due to the Consortium, provided that the deadlines for transferring the blocks for use agreed in the annex are met.
