The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that in connection with the fulfilment of the conditions set in the letter of intent regarding the Company’s intent to sell  the property located at ul. Krakowiaków 91/101 (Current report 22/2019) on 6 September 2019, the agreement was concluded a company from data center business. As a result of the agreement the Company will raise PLN 44.97 million The decision to sell this nonstrategic property was to increase the Company’s liquidity and reduce creditors' liabilities.
