The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 24 September 2019, the Company concluded with Orpea Polska Sp. z o. o. with its headquarters in Warsaw, for the construction of two health care services buildings, i.e. rehabilitation hospital and accommodation facilitiy for the elderly with medical and nursing care on plots Nos. 70, 79, part of plot No. 10 / 7 from precinct 3-11-57, Mrówcza 124 street, Wawer District, Warsaw.

The main provisions of the contract:

• Contract value: PLN 38.97 million net.

• Completion date: 17.5 months.

• Payment deadline: 30 days from the invoice receipt date.

• The maximum warranty period is 10 years.

• Performance security: 10% of the net contract value in the form of a bank guarantee.
