The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA (the "Company") informs that on September 18, 2018, the Company signed as member of the consortium consisting of: Mostostal Warszawa SA (leader -85% participation in the consortium), and SANELL Sp. z o.o. seated in Łódź (partner), the contract with Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Zduńska Wola Spółka z o.o. ("Ordering Party") for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of the Recreation and Sports Center RELAX in Zduńska Wola".

Contract value: PLN 39.04 million gross.

Implementation deadline: until 15/06/2020.

Payment term: up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

Warranty period is: 60 months.

Due performance security: 10% of the contract value.
