The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company has received information from the Company's representative about submitting a counter-claim in the District Court in Szczecin for PLN 211 839 466.75, against Mostostal Warszawa S.A. by Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów sp. o.o. ("ZOU"). In the suit the ZUO is seeking compensation for the damage caused by the Company in connection with the withdrawal from the contract entitled. "Construction of a Thermal Plant for Waste Neutralization for the Szczecin Metropolitan Area". In the Company's opinion, the counter-claim filed by ZUO is completely unfounded and is only the consequence of the lawsuit filed by the Company in January 2018 (about which the Company informed in the current report 3/2018).
