Report No. 49_Conclusion of the Contract for Construction of the Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 September 2018, the Company signed a contract with Ordona 1 Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw for the implementation of the task entitled "Selection of the General Contractor for the Second Stage of the Investment Consisting of the Construction of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings with Services and Underground Garages, with Accompanying Infrastructure and Greenery, Located at Juliusza Ordona 5D, 5E, 5F str. in Warsaw, Plot Under Registration Number 5/6, Section 6-05-05, Along with Permit for Use Acquisition".

 

Contract value: PLN 73.39 million gross.

 

Completion date: 104 weeks from the construction site transfer date.

 

Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

 

Maximum warranty period is 15 years for the construction of the facility.

 

Good performance security: 5% of the contract value.
