The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that the Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Company's Extraordinary General Shareholder’s Meeting, which took place on 29 August  2019, were:

1. Acciona Construcción S.A. with its registered office in Madrid, holding 11,852,870 shares entitling to 11,852,870 votes, constituting 75.93% of votes at this Meeting and 59.26% in the total number of votes.

2. PZU Open Pension Fund "Złota Jesień" holding 3,745,151 shares entitling to 3,745,151 votes, constituting 23.99% of votes at this Meeting and 18.73% of the total number of votes.
