The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 10 September 2018, the Company received relevant documents of Annex VI with the date 7 September 2018 ("Annex") to the loan agreement dated 27 May 2013 with Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona") - the parent company of the Company (50.09% share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting), (Current report 29/2013), ("Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Acciona grants the company a loan in the amount of EUR 11.67 million (equivalent to PLN 50.27 million at the NBP average exchange rate from 7 September 2018 in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4.3079). Under the Annex, the loan will be returned by 30 April 2020. The loan may also be repaid in a shorter period.
