The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 27 August 2019, the Company concluded with Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. (PKP S.A.) with its registered office in Warsaw for a contract for the implementation of the task "Reconstruction of the Gdańsk Główny railway station".

Main provisions of the contract:

• Contract value: PLN 99.6 million gross.

• Completion date: 118 weeks.

• Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

• The maximum warranty period is 5 years.

• Performance bond: 10% of the contract value provided in the form of a bank guarantee
