The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 30 January 30, 2019 the Court of Appeal  in Szczecin issued a verdict in the case brought by Korporacja Budowlana DORACO spółka z o.o. ("DORACO") against Mostostal Warszawa SA, in which it has dismissed the Company's appeal and upheld the verdict of the District Court in Szczecin dated 28 April 2017, in which the Court awarded to DORACO PLN 10.93 million along with statutory interest calculated from 28 March 2015 to the date of payment by the Company.

DORACO was claiming  from Mostostal Warszawa S.A. a contractual penalty for the termination by Company of the subcontracting contract for construction works, performed by DORACO as part of the investment called. "Construction of the Thermal Plant of the Waste Treatment Plant for the Szczecin Metropolitan Area". In 2016, the Company established a provision against this claim.
