The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that on 9 August it was notified by Acciona Construcción SA on transactions in shares referred to in art. 19 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("MAR Regulation"), with content as per the attachment to this report.
