Report No. 35_Conclusion of an annex to the Framework Agreement for granting contractual guarantees within the revolving limit
The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") on 15 June 2018 after obtaining complete set of documents informs that today it signed with Generali Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna ("Generali TU SA") Annex No. 4 dated 7 June 2018 to the Framework Agreement for granting contract guarantees within the revolving limit.
Under the contract Generali TU S.A. will grant guarantees within the agreed revolving limit wil cover: bid bond payment, contract due performance, defects rectification, in the case of a joint performance guarantee the contract due performance and defects rectification, return of the advance payment.
The total limit is PLN 30 million and is valid until 19 May 2019.
The parties agree to secure the repayment claims by Generali TU S.A. in the form of: blank promissory note 5 pieces together with the declaration to the promissory note.
Other terms of the contract do not differ from those commonly practices for this type of contracts.
