The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA (the "Company") informs that on June 8, 2018, the Company signed as a participant in a consortium consisting of Mostostal Puławy SA (leader - share in the consortium 27.2%) and Mostostal Warszawa SA (partner - participation in consortium: 72.8%) agreement with the Puławy City Council ("Ordering Party") for the construction of Sports and Entertainment Arena in Puławy.

Value of the contract: PLN 86.93 million gross.

Construction deadline: up to 22 months from the date of signing the contract.

Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

Warranty period: 6 years.

Due performance security: 10% of the contract value.

Article 17 para. 1 of MAR Regulation.
