The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 6 August 2019 the Company has received a notification prepared by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander (“Aviva OFE”) in accordance to Art 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623, consolidated text) concerning significant changes in the shares  holding in the Company.

As a result of the share sale transaction concluded on 29 July 2019, Aviva OFE reduced the share in the total number of votes in the Company below 5% of the total number of votes.

Before the settlement of the aforementioned transactions, as of 30 July 2019, Aviva OFE held 1,010,160 shares in the Company, constituting 5.05% of the share capital of the Company and entitling to 1,010,160 votes at the General Meeting, which accounted for 5.05% of the total number of votes .

After the settlement of the aforementioned transactions, as od 31 July 2019, Aviva OFE held 982,585 shares in the Company, constituting 4.91% of the Company's share capital and entitling to 982,585 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 4.91% of the total number of votes.
