The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company, Contractor") informs that on 5 June 2018, the Company received a signed annex to the contract, concluded on 30 May 30 2018 by the Company and Lipowe Zacisze Sp. z o.o. The subject matter of the contract is construction works for real estate investment located in Pruszków at ul. Lipowa ("Agreement"), about which the Company notified in the current report No. 37/2017.

On the basis of the Annex, the parties to the Agreement increased the amount of the Contractor's remuneration up to PLN 56.67 million + VAT.

Additionally, the deadline was set for 31 August 2019.
