The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company on 17 May 2018 it was notified by the General Directorate of Roads and Motorways Rzeszów branch (GDDKIA) about the re-selection of the best offer of the consortium Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (Leader) and ACCIONA Construcción S.A. (Partner) for the design and construction of "Tasks C - Kamień - Sokołów Małopolski Północ (length approx. 7.9 km)" of the S19 expressway - "Nisko Południe" (without a node) to the "Sokołów Małopolski Północ" junction.

The offer submitted by the Consortium includes:

• Value of the contract: PLN 234.5 million gross.

• Execution period: 34 months.

• Payment term: 30 days from the invoice receipt date.

• The warranty period: 10 years.

• Good performance security: 10% of the contract value.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed against, which may be lodged within 10 days of the day on which the circumstances underlying the lodging of the offer were or could have been taken.

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 25 May 2018 the Company obtained a signed document of the agreement concluded on 21 May 2018 by the Company and Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona") - the parent entity holding 50.09% shares in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Company. Under the agreement, Acciona will grant the Company a facility of EUR 3,000,000 (equivalent to PLN 12.89 million converted under the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as 21 May 2018, amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4,2991). The contract was concluded for a period of 18 months, ie until November 21, 2019. The loan may also be repaid under 18 months.
