Management Board ("Company") informs that it acknowledged the Court of Appeal in Szczecin I Civil Department decision dated 24 January 2019 on the suspension of performance of the verdict of the Court of Appeal in Szczecin debated 4 December 2018 (reference number I Aga 175/18) and the District Court in Szczecin verdict dated 29 March 2018 (reference number VIII GC 57/17) (about which the Company informed in current reports 20/2018 and 61/2018) pending the completion of the cassation proceedings as a result of the cassation appeal filed by the Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Sp . z o.o. in Szczecin from the Court of Appeal verdict dated 4 December 2018.
