Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ('Company') informs that on 7 January 2020 the Company was notified by the Municipal Investment Board in Krakow („Employer”) about the selection of the most advantageous offer of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceeding entitled “Socio-Economic Innovations Cluster Zabłocie 20.22. Reconstruction with use change of the existing post-industrial facilities in Krakow at 20-22 Zabłocie Street”.

The offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. includes:

- Contract value: PLN 39.25 million gross.

- Completion date: 30.07.2021.

- Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of submission of a correctly issued invoice to the Customer's office.

- The maximum warranty period is 84 mc-e.

- Security of proper execution: 5% of the gross remuneration in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.

The decision on the selection of the most advantageous tender is subject to appeal, which may be lodged within 10 days from the day on which the circumstances on which it was made or could have been made known.
