The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. supplements the content of report No. 2/2016 of 10.02.2016 with respect to the object of signed annex to loan contracts of significant value:

1. The object of annex No. 5 to loan contract of November 24, 2011 is extension of the repayment deadline of the loan until November 30, 2017.  

2. The object of annex No. 4 to loan contract of 27.05.2013 is extension of the repayment deadline of the loan until September 30, 2017.

3. The object of annex No. 3 to loan contract of 05.08.2013 is extension of the repayment deadline of the loan until September 30, 2017.

Interest for loans was determined on arms’ length basis.
