The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A., having received relevant documents today, informs that on 29 September 2016, the company signed an agreement with TUIiR Allianz Polska S.A. for provision of contractual guarantees as part of the revolving limit.

Pursuant to the agreement, the maximum revolving limit for contractual guarantees amounts to PLN 10 million. As part of the limit, TUIiR Allianz Polska S.A. shall provide the Issuer with tender guarantees, performance bonds and defects liability guarantees.

The contract is concluded for a period until 28 September 2017.

As collateral for the Issuer’s monetary obligations resulting from the contract, the company presented five blank promissory notes.

The remaining terms of the contract do not differ from terms commonly applied in contracts of this type.
