The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs about a change of the date of publication of the stand-alone financial report and consolidated financial report for the Q 2018, which, in line with the information provided in current report No. 4/2018 of 25 January 2018 were meant to be published on 30 May 2018.

The stand-alone financial report and consolidated financial report for Q1 2018 will be made public on 14 May 2018.

§ 80 clause 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item. 757).
