Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 20 May 2020, AMK Kraków S.A. ("Contractor") - subsidiary of the Company (100% share in the Contractor's share capital) concluded the contract agreement with Huta Cynku „Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A. concerning performance of the task "Production line installation for manufacturing 2-ton pure zinc blocks and zinc and aluminium alloys at Huta Cynku „Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A.”

• Net value of the agreement: PLN 24,95 million.
• Deadline for completion of the subject of the Agreement: 04.10.2021.
• Deadline for payment: 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
• The warranty period shall be as follows: 5 years construction and infrastructure; 2 years for equipment and plant.
• Security of proper performance: 5% of net contract value in the form of a bank or insurance guarantee.
