The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that on 24 June 2019, as a result of tender, AMK Kraków S.A. (Contractor) - a subsidiary of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (60% share in the Contractor's share capital) - and Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej - Gliwice Spółka z o.o. (Employer) have signed contract for the execution of an investment project entitled: "Construction of the 3rd stage of the Flue Gas Desulphurisation Installation and Stage I of the Flue Gas Denitrification System for the WR-25 boiler ".

The main provisions of the contract:

Contract value: PLN 63.61 million (gross)

Implementation deadline of the contract: 15 June 2022.

Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of correct invoice submission

The minimum warranty period is: 36 months

Proper performance security for the contract: 10% of gross contractual remuneration
