The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. hereby informs that the Shareholders holding at least 5% of votes in the Company during the General Shareholders Meeting held on 10 June 2019, were:

1. ACCIONA CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A. with its registered office in Madrid, holding 10,018,733 shares, entitling to 10,018,733 votes, constituting 67.69% of the number of votes at this Meeting and 50.09% in the total number of votes.

2. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" holding 3,745,000 shares authorizing to 3,745,000 votes, constituting 25.30% of the number of votes at this Meeting and 18.73% in the total number of votes.

3. Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander holding 1,010,000 shares entitling to 1,010,000 votes, constituting 6.82% of the number of votes at this Meeting and 5.05% in the total number of votes.
