Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 15 May 2020 the Company was notified by the General Directorate for Roads and Motorways Branch in Rzeszów (GDDKIA) about the selection of the most advantageous offer of the entities jointly applying for the contract: Mostostal Warszawa S.A. and Acciona Construcción S.A. (both entities together "Contractor") in the proceedings entitled: "Design and construction of S19 expressway on the section from Rzeszów Południe intersection  (without the intersection) to Babica junction (with the intersection), length approx. 10.3 km".

The offer submitted by the Contractor includes

Contract value: PLN 2 230.17 million gross.

Completion date: 54 months.

Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of invoice receipt.

Maximum guarantee period is 10 years.

Security of due performance: 10 % of the contract value.

The decision on the selection of the most favourable tender is subject to appeal, which may be lodged within 10 days of the date on which the circumstances giving rise to the decision were known or could be ascertained.
