The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company", "Issuer" ) in reference to Current Report No. 14/2019 dated 15 May 2019 and Current Report No. 23/2019 dated 6 June 2019, informs that on 10 June the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Antonio Muñoz Garrido and Mr. José David Márquez Arcos to the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA Ninth term.
