The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the “Company”) in reference to current report No. 19/2018 of 29 March 2018 and current report No. 21/2018 of 16 April 2018 informs that the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza holds a degree in Law by the Public University of Navarra (graduated in 1998),

Master in Business International by ESIC Business [&] Marketing School (diploma in 2000) and Master in

Law by the Northwestern University of Chicago (diploma in 2010). He also holds a Certificate in

Business Administration IE Business School.

From 30 November 2017 Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza holds the position of Legal Director at Acciona

Infraestructuras. Starting in April 2016, he worked at Nordex as Deputy General Counsel. He joined

Acciona Group in 2005 by joining Acciona Windpower, where he held the position of Legal Director.

From 1999 till 2005 he was Senior Lawyer at Zubiri [&] Zudaire and from 1997 till 1999 he worked for

Pamplona’s City Council.

In line with the declaration, Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza does not conduct competitive activity with respect to the activity pursued by the Issuer and does not participate in a company competitive with respect to Mostostal Warszawa S.A. as a member of a civil partnership, a partnership or a member of governing bodies of a capital company, does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its’ bodies and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

In effect of the above changes, the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company in its’ 9th term is as follows:

1. Francisco Adalberto Claudio Vázquez - Chairman of the Supervisory Board;

2. José Manuel Terceiro Mateos - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board;

3. Javier Lapastora Turpín - Member of the Supervisory Board;

4. Neil Balfour - Member of the Supervisory Board;

5. Ernest Podgórski - Member of the Supervisory Board.

6. Javier Serrada Quzia - Member of the Supervisory Board.
