Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 5 May 2020 the Company was notified about the conclusion by AMK Kraków S.A. ("Contractor") - subsidiary of the Company (100% share in the Contractor's share capital) – of an agreement with Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. concerning performance of the task "Expansion and modernization of the existing sewage treatment plant of the Flue Gas Desulphurization Plant at Enea Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. to meet the requirements of the BAT Conclusions”.

• Net value of the agreement - PLN 10,96 million.
• Deadline for completion of the subject of the Agreement - 77 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
• Deadline for payment: 30 days from the date of proper delivery of the invoice.
• The warranty period shall be as follows: 36 months.
• Security of proper performance: 5% of gross remuneration in the form of a bank guarantee.
