The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the “Company”) hereby discloses resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on 24 April 2018.

§ 38 clause 1 item 7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent.
