The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company received the candidatures of Mr. Antonio Muñoz Garrido and Mr. José David Márquez Arcos for the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. The candidates were selected in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 10 June 2019 and item 7 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting on the changes in the composition of the Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Supervisory Board.

Mr. Antonio Muñoz Garrido and Mr. José David Márquez Arcos have agreed to stand as candidates and made appropriate statements. Attached to the report are the consents and curriculum vitae of Mr. Antonio Muñoz Garrido and Mr. José David Márquez Arcos.
