The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 5 June 2019, the Company signed a letter of intent with a company operating in Polan within the wire telecommunications industry regarding the sale of real estate located at Krakowiaków 91/101 street in Warsaw owned by the Company.

The conditions of concluding the contract are the due-diligence process, environmental analysis as well as, depending on its results, possible remediation of the land.

The company estimates that the value of the transaction will be between 50% and 80% of the Company's equity.

The Company will immediately inform about the conclusion of the conclusion of the contract in a current report.
