The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the “Company”) informs that the Company received the candidacy of Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza for a member of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. The candidacy was submitted in relation to the summoning of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on 24 April 2018 and point 7 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting stipulating changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza agreed for the candidacy and filed a relevant declaration. The submitted declaration and CV by Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza as enclosed to this report.

Legal basis: § 38.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19.02.2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent.

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (the “Company”) hereby discloses that Mr. Andrzej Goławski submitted his resignation from the function of the President of the Company’s Management Board, effective as of 19 April 2018.

 Mr. Andrzej Goławski disclosed personal reasons for his resignation.
