The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on 25 August 2016 appointed Mr. Alvaro Javier de Rojas Rodriguez as member of the Company’s Management Board during its 7^th term. Appointment of Mr. Alvaro Javier de Rojas Rodriguez to the Company’s Management Board takes place as of 1 September 2016.

Bio of the newly-appointed Member of the Management Board:

Alvaro Javier do Rojas Rodriguez was born on 08.05.1973.

In 1997, he graduated from the Autónoma Universidad in Madrid, receiving a master’s degree in economy and management.

Since 1997, he has been working for Acciona S.A.; between 1998 and 1999, he worked in the Directorate for Administration and Finances at the construction project of the Sidi Krir power plant (Alexandria, Egypt). Subsequently, between 1999 and 2000, also in the Directorate for Administration and Finance, he worked at the construction project of King Abdullah University Hospital in Irbid in Jordan.

Between 2000 and 2002, as part of both these projects, he held the position of Director for Administration and Finances.

Between 2002 and 2004, as Director for Administration and Finances, he worked at the Red Vial Litoral Central project, the central coastal road network in Chile; later, between 2004 and 2006, he was responsible for the construction of the Américo Vespucio Sur highway in Santiago de Chile.

Between 2006 and 2015, Rodriguez held the position of Financial Director in Corporativo Acciona Mexico, whereas since 2015, he has been Financial Director in Corporativo Acciona Brasil.

According to his declaration, Mr. Alvaro Javier do Rojas Rodriguez does not conduct any competitive activity in relation to the activity pursued by the Issuer, and neither does he participate in any competitive company with respect to Mostostal Warszawa S.A. as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or a member of a governing body of a joint stock company and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its governing bodies; he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debts maintained on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register. 

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. notifies that on 31 August 2016, Mr. Carlos Enrique Resino Ruiz resigned from holding the position of the Member of the Company’s Management Board. The resignation is related to new tasks that were entrusted to Mr. Ruiz by the management of Acciona S.A. as part of the Acciona Capital Group. Mr. Carlos Enrique Resino Ruiz held the position of the Member of the Management Board – Financial Director between 26.06.2014 and 31.09.2016.

As of 1 September 2016, the position of the Financial Director will be held by Mr. Alvaro Javier do Rojas Rodriguez, appointed as member of the Company’s Management Board via resolution of the Supervisory Board of 25 August 2016.

As a result of the above change, the Company’s Management Board consists of:

2. Jose Angel Andres Lopez – Deputy President of the Management Board
3. Jacek Szymanek – Member of the Management Board
4. Alvaro Javier de Rojas Rodriguez – Member of the Management Board
