(the “Company”) informs that the Company received the candidacy of Mr. Javier Serrada Quiza for a member of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. The candidacy was submitted in relation to the summoning of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on 24 April 2018 and point 7 of the agenda of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting stipulating changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.
