The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company has been notified by Polskie Koleje Państwe S.A. (Polish State Railways S.A. - PKP S.A.) with headquarters in Warsaw on the selection of the most advantageous offer by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. in the proceedings under "Reconstruction of the Gdańsk Główny railway station".

The offer submitted by Mostostal Warszawa S.A. includes:

• Contract value: PLN 99.6 million gross.

• Implementation period: 118 weeks.

• Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

• The maximum warranty period is 5 years.

• Good performance security bond: 10% of the contract value.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed against may be lodged, within 10 days from the day on which the circumstances underlying the lodging of the offer were or could be learned.
