Report No. 1_Dates for Filing Periodical Reports in 2019
The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. provides deadlines for provision of periodical reports in 2019:
Quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports (SA-Q and QS):
1st quarter: 30.05.2019;
2nd quarter: 29.11.2019;
Half-year report and consolidated half-year report (SA-P and PS): 30.09.2019.
Annual reports for 2018 (SA-R and RS): 30.04.2019.
The Company shall not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2018 and the second quarter of 2019 in line with regulation Par. 79.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent.
