The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. submits resolutions of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company adopted on 13 June 2016 along with specification, with respect to every resolution, the number of shares from which valid votes were cast, percentage value of such shares in the share capital and the total number of valid votes and the number of votes cast “for”, “against” and “abstaining.”
