The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that on 29 May 2019 , the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. elected, in line with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Inflancka 4A street, 00-189 Warsaw, to perform audit of annual financial statements of the Company and Mostostal Warszawa Group consolidated statements for the years 2019 and 2020.

The Issuer did use the services of the elected entity with respect to the audit of financial statements of the Company and Mostostal Warszawa Group consolidated statements for the years 2017 and 2018 .

The selection of the auditor took place in line with the binding provisions and professional standards.

The agreement is concluded for the period of two years.

KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. is entered in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements maintained by the National Council of Statutory Accountants under entry No. 458.
