The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that today the company signed with Medical Investment Trust Sp. z o.o., a contract for “the execution of works under the general contractor for the investment involving the construction of the hotel building with apartments at the intersection of Mestwina and Międzymorze in Jurata with an underground garage with land development and technical infrastructure on the plot with registration number 326 of 0003 precincts Jastarnia".

The parties agreed the deadline for the completion of contract till 6 February 2018. 
The value of the contract amounts to PLN 14.50 million net.

Payment deadline: 30 days from the date of filing the invoice.

Guarantee periods: 60 months for the quality guarantee and guarantee for physical defects in the object of the contract.

The security for the proper performance of subject of the Agreement and claims arising from it is unconditional insurance performance guarantee of 10% of net salary. In the guarantee and warranty period the Contractor shall provide an unconditional and payable on each request bank or insurance guarantee removal of faults and defects after the final acceptance of the subject of the Agreement in the amount of 5% of the net salary.

The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. informs that on 5 May 2017, Mr. José Ángel Andrés López filed resignation from the function of the Deputy President of the Management Board. The resignation results from the fact that Acciona S.A. entrusted him with new tasks as part of Grupa Acciona Capital Group.

Simultaneously, the Company’s Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Jorge Calabuig Ferre as a member of the Management Board of the Company in the 8^th term. Appointment of Mr. Jorge Calabuig Ferre to the Company’s Management Board takes place of 5 May 2017.

Curriculum vitae of the newly appointed Member of the Board:

Mr. Jorge Calabuig Ferre was born in 1978. He graduated from a Technical University of Valencia, Faculty of Civil Engineering, where he received the title of engineer specialising in transportation and urban planning. In 2003 he got master’s degree at the University of Rostock in Germany. Since the beginning of his career, he has been engaged in general contracting. Between years 2003-2006, he held the following positions: construction chief and then technical manager. Since 2006 he has been working within Acciona Group. On behalf of the Spanish company, he supervised the renovation of the national road no. 7 along the section Kiezmark – Jazowa in Poland in years 2006-2008. Mr Calabuig also coordinated multi-stage process of preparing an offer of the consortium featuring Mostostal Warszawa/Acciona Infraestrcuturas for the construction of II metro line in Warsaw (2008-2009). In the next four years, he served as Technical Director at Acciona Infraestructuras Poland Division. Since 2014 he managed Department of Control and Purchases at Mostostal Warszawa. In the following period, acting as Control and Purchases Director, he was responsible for managing process of purchases under one of the greatest contracts of the company – construction of the new power units no. 5 and 6 in the Opole Power Plant.

According to his declaration, Jorge Calabuig Ferre does not conduct competitive activity in reference to the activity pursued by the Issuer, and does not participate in a competitive company with respect to Mostostal Warszawa S.A., as a partner of a civil partnership, partnership or member of a body of a capital company, does not participate in another competitive legal activity as a member of its bodies and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

As a result of changes above, the composition of the Company’s Management Board during the 8^th term is as follows:

1. Andrzej Goławski – President of the Management Board;

2. Jorge Calabuig Ferre – Member of the Management Board;

3. Jacek Szymanek – Member of the Management Board;

4. Alvaro Javier de Rojas Rodriguez – Member of the Management Board.
