Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") following the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) recommendations hereby publishes information on the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus epidemic emergency on the operational and financial activities of the Company and the Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Capital Group. ("Group", "Capital Group").

The Management Board informs that at currently (20.03.2020) the construction works are being carried out by the Company and the companies of the Group, however, due to the dynamic situation related to the epidemic emergency, the risk in delays is possible due to the following factors:

1) lack of continuity in supply chains,

2) disturbances caused by subcontractors,

3) worker absenteeism due to an epidemic emergency,

4) limits in operation of government authorities,

5) decisions of the employer or government administration on the suspension of works,

6) further possible restrictions imposed by the government administration or EU institutions,

7) other events difficult to predict ("force majeure").

So far, the above events have had no significant impact on the Issuer's operations. In the event of an intensification or long-term character of the aforementioned situation, the Company's condition may change.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the situation might have an impact on the number of announced and awarded tenders at least during the first half of 2020.

The Management Board anticipates that the above-described circumstances might affect the results, financial and economic situation of the Issuer and the Group in 2020, however, as of the date of this information preparation, the Management Board is unable to estimate the actual impact of the epidemic threat on the results of the Company and the Group.

In case of identification of events that may have significant impact on the Issuer's operational and/or financial situation, the Company will publish an appropriate current report.
