The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ('Company') informs that on 13 March 2020 the Company was notified that AMK Kraków S.A. (‘Contractor’) - the Company's subsidiary (100% of the Contractor's share capital) – concluded an agreement with CIECH SA with its registered office in Inowrocław on the performance of the task "Modernization of Flue Gas Desulphurization Installation with the semi-dry NID method for CKTI boilers No. 1, 2 and 3 in the Janikowo CHP Plant".

- Net value of the agreement - PLN 15.89 million (net).

- Deadline for realization of the subject of the Agreement - 30.09.2020.

- Payment date: 30 days from the date of proper delivery of the invoice.

- The warranty period is as follows: 36 months.

- Contractual penalties limited to 10% of the Contractor's remuneration.
